How it Works

How to Start:
How do you start the digital scrapbooking for hire process? Email me with what project you had in mind. Take a look at the next section, getting details to let me know more of an idea of what you had in mind. I will return all emails within 48 hrs so that we can start the process it may take several emails to get everything sorted out.

Getting Details:
We want you to be involved in this process. What style do you want the pages to be? Do you like lots of photos to a page? Is there a special photo that you want to be featured? Do you want lots of clustered embellishments on your page or do you like clean, simple looks with lots of space? Are you interested in having your pages printed? Let me know if you have a time frame this is needed for?

Sending Me Your Photos:
Next, send me your photos along with any information you want included on your pages (journaling this is called). This can be names, dates or a very detailed story behind the photo(s), whatever you want.

First Invoice:
We will send you an invoice for 1/2 the purchase price of your order to be paid prior to work being started. This will be used to purchase supplies needed for the creation of your pages and is non-refundable.

Creating and Proofing Pages:
Once we have received your payment from the first invoice, we will get to work making your pages. These pages are custom pages. They will be unique to your order. When they are complete, we will send you a low-quality proof so you can check the details and make sure you are happy with the pages. This may take several emails back and forth, whatever it takes to get it exactly right for you.

Final Invoice and Receiving Pages:
Once you are satisfied and have signed off that the proofs provided are accurate and ready for print/distribution, we will send you an invoice for the remaining balance. If you have requested for your project to be printed, we will do this upon receipt of your final balance. Arrangement for a CD or the final printed project will be arranged at this time.

What Happens to Your Photos and Pages:
Once our business is complete, we will keep a copy of your pages for 30 days in case something happens and you need them again. After this date, they will be deleted. We will not keep any of your personal photos/pages/albums past this date. However all images may be used by Scrap-A-Holic For Hire for advertising purposes on our website or social media networks (all names/specifics will be removed for security reasons)
